Ran the Task diagnostic across the sales org to find AI leverage points specific to how Oxbridge’s team operates.
Documented how sales reps actually closed deals through agentic interviews — surfacing the unwritten playbook leadership couldn’t see from the org chart.
Designed and deployed TaskOS into the sales motion. Engagement is expanding to a full Ignite run on the broader organization.
