With performance pricing, you pay only the base fee. We assume the risk that our methodology works. That said, we've never had an engagement document zero savings — the Task Engineering approach consistently reveals optimization opportunities.
We use your data if you provide it. Otherwise, we use industry benchmarks for your sector and geography. Fully-loaded includes salary, benefits, payroll taxes, and overhead — typically 1.3-1.5x base salary.
Time savings documented through Roles interviews. If an employee reports spending 2 fewer hours per week on a task after transformation, that's savings. We also capture task elimination and automation.
Manager validation prevents this. If an employee claims 10 hours saved but their manager doesn't see evidence of that, it doesn't count. We also look for consistency across teams — outliers get flagged for review.
